Debugging - Live Calls

The Live Calls page on the Debugging menu displays a list of all active calls.




Click the drop-down list to select the connection which has the live calls to be displayed.
Click the drop-down list and select Inbound for PSTN inbound (origination) calls or Outbound for PSTN outbound (termination) calls.
Once the connection and direction have been selected, a list of all active calls will be displayed.  The Search field can be used for filter the list of active calls.
Click the refresh button to refresh the list of active calls.



Key Terminology


CONNECTION - The name of the connection.


START TIME - The date and time the call was started.


DURATION - The amount of time that the call has been active.


ANI - The calling party number.


DNIS - The called party number.


ACTION - Selecting the telephone icon will present a dialog box providing the ability to terminate the call.  Click the Kill Live Call button to kill the call.
