The top section of the Company page on the General menu displays the customer's logo, name, primary phone number, website and corporate address. All information in this section is optional.
The bottom section displays the list of company contacts and the type of email notifications they are subscripted to.
Key Terminology
NAME - Typically the first and last number of the company contact or the name of a group or business unit within the company (e.g. NOC).
EMAIL - The email address to send notifications.
PHONE NUMBER - The phone number for the company contact. This is an optional field.
NOTIFICATIONS

![]() | Indicates the company contact is subscribed to trigger events. |
To add a contact click the + Add Contacts button. Add the full name, email address and notifications the user wants to be subscribed to. Optionally add a phone number. Click the Add Contact button to add the contact.
To update an existing company contact click the horizontal ellipsis to the right of the contact add choose Edit.
To delete a company contact click the horizontal ellipsis to the right of the contact add choose Delete. Confirm the deletion, by clicking on the Delete contact button.
