The SIP Reason report aggregates all call attempts by response code and provides the percentage of call attempts with each response code for the selected date and time range.
The Termination Customer SIP Reason report is organized by Relationship and Termination Customer Trunk Groups.
The Termination Vendor SIP Reason report is organized by Relationship and Termination Vendor Trunk Groups.
The Origination Customer SIP Reason report is organized by Relationship and Origination Customer Trunk Groups.
The Origination Vendor SIP Reason report is organized by Relationship and Origination Vendor Trunk Groups.
RELATIONSHIP - The name of the Relationship.
TRUNK GROUP - The name of the Trunk Group.
ATTEMPTS - The number of call attempts for each SIP Reason code.
PERCENTAGE - The number of call attempts for each SIP Reason code divided by the total number of call attempts is the selected date and time range times 100.
The Generate button can be selected to refresh the data.
The Export button can be selected to export the data to a CSV file.
The SIP Reason report can be filtered by a specific relationship, call attempts, or percentage of call attempts.
The SIP Trunk Visualizer can be accessed by left-clicking the Visualizer button. First select the Relationship - Trunk Group from the Select Trunk Group... drop-down list and then select the desired time range.
The Visualizer displays a graphical view of all call attempts by SIP Response Code for the select time range
