- Update Relationship

To update an existing relationship, navigate to Relationships → All. Locate the desired relationship, move the mouse to the right of the STATUS field, click the vertical ellipsis, and select 'Edit.' A new page will appear.



A new page displays. Edit the information. 



Key Terminology

Logo  A company logo, image, or avatar that represents the Company in the Relationship. Click 'Upload' to open the file selection dialog. Choose the desired PNG or JPG image, then click 'Open'.

Relationship name  The name of the relationship. This name usually contains a customer name or a vendor name. Click the relationship name.

Website  The customer’s company website.

Account Number  An optional field to help identify the customer or vendor relationship.

Time zone  Typically, the time zone of the company’s corporate headquarters.

Send Trunk Group Notifications -

Legal Company Name - Enter the customer or vendor company name.

Address  Typically, the corporate headquarters address of the company in the relationship.

Primary Phone Number  Displays the phone number of the company. Often this number connects with the Company’s Support Team.

Mobile Number  The company’s primary contact mobile number.

Fax Number  The company’s fax number.
