A relationship is a grouping of related objects that collectively defines the capabilities and attributes associated with a customer or a vendor (PSTN carrier).

A customer relationship includes metadata (name, address, POC, etc.) as well as

  • Termination Customer Trunk Groups
  • Origination Customer Trunk Groups
  • Balances
  • Invoices
  • Agents
  • E911 numbers

A vendor relationship includes metadata (name, address, POC, etc.) as well as

  • Termination Vendor Trunk Groups
  • Origination Vendor Trunk Groups
  • Balances
  • Invoices
  • Agents

Rate Decks, Route Plans, and Triggers can also be associated with both customer and vendor relationships.
