The Destination SIP Reason report aggregates all call attempts destination and then by response code and finally by relationship and trunk group. At each break-down point, the report provides the percentage of call attempts with each response code for the selected date and time range.
The Termination Customer Destination SIP Reason report is organized by destination, response code, Relationship, and Termination Customer Trunk Groups.
The Termination Vendor SIP Reason report is organized by destination, response code, Relationship, and Termination Vendor Trunk Groups.
The Origination Customer SIP Reason report is organized by destination, response code, Relationship, and Origination Customer Trunk Groups.
The Origination Vendor SIP Reason report is organized by destination, response code, Relationship, and and Origination Vendor Trunk Groups.
RELATIONSHIP - The name of the Relationship.
TRUNK GROUP - The name of the Trunk Group.
ATTEMPTS - The number of call attempts for each SIP Reason code.
PERCENTAGE - The number of call attempts for each SIP Reason code divided by the total number of call attempts is the selected date and time range times 100.
