- Add (Portal) User

Portal users can be added to each Relationship. Click on the + Add User button on the top right of the Portals page in a Relationship to begin. 



Fill out the Name, Username and Email fields and then click Add User  to create a new Relationship Portal User. 



Key Terminology

Name - Defines the name of the portal user.

Username - Defines the username of the portal user.

Email - Defines the email of the portal user.

Admin - Designates a user as the Relationship’s Portal Admin. Admins can modify Relationship Info and add/delete other portal users from Relationship Portal.

Phone Number - Defines the phone number of the portal user.

Add User - This button instructs the platform to add the user and send out a new portal user notification email. The Portal Template defines the verbiage sent in this new portal user notification email.
