General - Logins

The Logins pages on the General menu displays a list of users that are allowed to access the Enterprise portal.



The Search field allows a simple pattern match to be applied across all columns to filter the displayed users.
The Export button can be used to export the list of login users (name, email, date/time account created, last login date/time, privileges)
The + Add Login button can be used to create a new login account.



Key Terminology


NAME -  Typically the first and last number of the login user.


EMAIL - The email address (login username) of the login user.


ROLE -  Admin (Super Admin) is the first login user account created by 46 Labs.  There is only one Admin account and this account cannot be disabled. All other accounts are Member accounts.


DATE & TIME - The date and time the login account was created.


LAST LOGIN - The date and time of of the last login.


PRIVILEGES 


The Dashboard privilege allows access to the Home menu.
The Voice privilege allows access to the Connections, Numbering, Reporting, Debugging, and Blacklist menus.  Access to these specific menus can also be granted or denied.
The Account privilege allows access to the General and Billing menus.

The Logs privilege allows access to the Audit Logs page on the General menu.


STATUS



The enabled status toggle indicates the the login account is enabled.
The disabled status toggle indicates the the login account is disabled.



To add a new login account, click the + Add Login button.


Add the First Name, Last Name, Email, add select the required privileges.  Click the Add Login button to add the new login account.


A welcome email will be sent to the email address with instructions on how to access the portal.


To edit a login account, select the horizontal ellipsis to the right of the login account and select Edit.

 



To reset the password for a login account, select the horizontal ellipsis to the right of the login account and select Reset password.  Click the Yes, reset password confirmation button to send a reset password email to the login account's email address.  Note: the login user's current password will no longer be valid once the Yes, reset password button is clicked.




To delete a login account, select the horizontal ellipsis to the right of the login account and select Delete.  Click the Delete user button to confirm the deletion.
