The International page of the Reporting menu displays specific call statistics for International calls for the specified date range.
Key Terminology
Inbound - Displays call statistics for PSTN inbound (origination) calls.
Outbound - Displays call statistics for the customer's outbound (termination) calls.
Date Selector - By default, call statistics are provided for the current day. From the drop-down, Yesterday, Last 7 days and Last month can also be selected. Clicking on the date range, will display a date picker dialog box which allows the selection of a start date and then an end date to define a custom date range.
CONNECTION - For inbound calls, the top level displays the origination country. For outbound calls, the top level displays the termination country. The second level may display a country specific region or major city. Only connections with call statistics during the selected date range will be displayed.
TOTAL CALLS - The total number of call attempts during the selected date range.
COMPLETED CALLS - The number of completed calls during the selected date range.
MINUTES - The total number of minutes consumed for all the completed calls during the selected date range.
SPEND - The cost for the completed calls during the selected date range.
ASR - The answer seizure ratio during the selected date range.
ALOC - The average length of calls during the selected date range.
SDR - The short duration ratio of calls during the selected date range.
MOS - The mean opinion score of the calls during the selected date range. To provide MOS the calls must be using a Peeredge Orchestrator media server and RTCP packets must be generated by the customer or vendor.
