Key Terminology


Relationship - The name of the Relationship.

Trunk Group - The name of the Trunk Group.

Attempts - The number of call attempts in the defined time range. 

487 Count - The number and percentage of calls that were blocked in the defined time when the 487 Filter was enabled.

SD Count -  The number and percentage of calls that were blocked in the defined time when the Short Duration Filter was enabled and the Short Duration percentage was reached.

NEPR/PP Count - The number and percentage of calls that were blocked in the defined time range when the  Not Enough Profitable Routes Profit Protection feature is enabled.

ANI PRV Count - The number and percentage of calls that were blocked in the defined time range when ANI Predicted Routing Value Filtering is enabled.

The ANI Predicted Routing Value is indented to show the performance of a specific ANI.  

This value is calculated for an ANI that is repeated at least 5 times with 60 seconds.

Dest. Count -  The number and percentage of calls that were blocked in the defined time range when the Destination Predicted Routing Value Filter is enabled.

Total - The total number and percentage of calls that were blocked by Intelligent Filters in the defined time range. 

Percentage is the (number of block calls / call attempts) * 100
