The All section under Relationships displays all relationships.  



Key Terminology

RELATIONSHIP NAME  The name of the relationship. This name usually contains a customer name or a vendor name. Click the relationship name.

Account number  An optional field to help identify the customer or vendor.

STATE  The state can either be Enabled or Disabled. When Disabled, all the Trunk Groups in the Relationship are not available for use.

TRUNK GROUPS  Displays the number of trunk groups in the relationship. 

BILLING CYCLE  Displays the billing cycle used for invoicing.

LAST INVOICED  When Invoicing is configured, displays the last time an invoice was generated.

RUNNING BALANCE  Displays the current balance. The costs associated with each call processed by Trunk Groups in the Relationship will increase the Running Balance as well as Payment and Credit Transactions of type Debit will increase the Running Balance. Payment and Credit Transactions of type Credit will decrease the Running Balance. A positive value in a Customer Relationship means the customer owes the subscriber for calling services provided and a negative value means the customer has “credit” to continue to use the calling services provided.  A positive value in a Vendor Relationship means the subscriber owes the vendor for calling services provided and a negative value means the subscriber has available “credit” to continue to use the services provided by the vendor.

LAST MODIFIER  Displays the time when the most recent change to the relationship was made and the username of the person that made the change.

STATUS  Affects the state of the relationship. When enabled (a checkmark is visible), the State of the Relationship is Enabled. When disabled (displays an X), the State of the Relationship is Disabled.


To limit the view to all disabled relationships, select Disabled to the right of the All tab.


To limit the view to all enabled relationships, select Enabled to the right of the Disabled tab.
