The Carrier page of the Reporting menu display call statistics by telecommunications service provider for the specified date range.




Key Terminology


Inbound - Displays call statistics for PSTN inbound (origination) calls.


Outbound - Displays call statistics for the customer's outbound (termination) calls. 


Date Selector - By default, call statistics are provided for the current day.  From the drop-down, Yesterday, Last 7 days and Last month can also be selected.  Clicking on the date range, will display a date picker dialog box which allows the selection of a start date and then an end date to define a custom date range.



CONNECTION -  The top level displays name of the connection.  For inbound calls, the second level displays the name of the telecommunications service provider and in parathesis the operating company number (OCN) of the provider that is originating the call. For outbound calls, the second level displays the name of the telecommunications service provider and in parathesis the operating company number (OCN) of the provider that is terminating the call.  Only connections with call statistics during the selected date range will be displayed.


ATTEMPTS - The total number of call attempts during the selected date range.


COMPLETES - The number of completed calls during the selected date range.


ASR - The answer seizure ratio during the selected date range. 


MINUTES -  The total number of minutes consumed for all the completed calls during the selected date range. 


SPEND - The cost for the completed calls during the selected date range.


SDR - The short duration ratio of calls during the selected date range.
