Mean Opinion Score (MOS ) is a measure of Quality of Experience and telecommunications engineering. It represents the overall quality of a stimulus or system.
MOS calculations are solely based on RTCP messages when the Orchestrator is configured to anchor the media. If RTCP messages are not received then no MOS calculation is performed.
MOS = Sum of MOS Average Scores show the Minimum MOS column of the CDR.
