DNC (Do Not Call Registry) Integration

Created by Kelly Evans, Modified on Thu, 3 Jul at 9:45 AM by Kelly Evans

The Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not Call Registry is a list of phone numbers from consumers who have indicated their preference to limit the telemarketing calls they receive.

  1. The DNC list is updated bi-weekly (by 46 Labs).

  2. On the 1st of every month the list will be refreshed with a full global list and on 15th it will be updated with change-logs only.

The DNC list will show up in the To section of the Rule Builder. From here you will be able to create a new Rule which will either allow you to block calls to this number list or route to subset of vendors:

Note: All calls matching this rule (calls to numbers in the DNC List) would be blocked not just telemarking calls.
